Hours of Operation/Considerations:

  • ShayDee Beauty Co.'s hours of operation is Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
  • Clients and customers please respect ShayDee Beauty Co.’s prices, labor, and time.
  • Discounts are only given during promotions and specials.



    Can orders be picked up or delivered?

    • Yes, these services are available for wig construction and maintenance services ONLY! 

    When will my order be shipped?

    • Any order placed before 5 pm EST will begin processing on that day and shipped out within 1-3 days, unless it is a wig or Lux10 Collection hair (scroll down to see that shipping info). Any order placed after 5 pm EST, will begin processing the next day.




    What is the price range for services?

    • Each unit and maintenance service is customized to your liking, the prices are available on each product page.

    How can I order a unit?

    How much time in advance should I order my wig?

    • Each unit takes roughly 5-7 days to construct, therefore you should take the date you need it by and add the 5-7 construction day time into account.

    Do you provide the hair?

    How can I be sure my unit will fit correctly?

    • When ordering your wig please be sure to check the diagram and give the correct size measurements. This way your unit will fit perfectly. ShayDee Beauty Co. is NOT responsible for ill-fitting wigs due to incorrect measurements.

    Do I need to provide a deposit?

    • No, all services and products must be paid for in full prior to receiving them.

    Unit Maintenance:

    How long will my unit last?

    • With proper care, your ShayDee Beauty Co. unit can last up to 2+ years.

    How should I maintain my wig at home?

    • To ensure that your unit maintains its health and fierceness, it is recommended to bring your wig to ShayDee every 2 months, otherwise at home, I'd suggest washing and conditioning your unit every 2 weeks.



    How many ounces are each hair extension bundle?

    • Each bundle is approximately 3.5 ounces

    How long does shipping take?

    • Hair will be shipped after processing which takes 1-3 days. Once the hair is shipped, typically hair is received within 2-4 days business days. Exceptions for holidays and sales, shipping may take longer.

    Can curly and wavy textures be straightened and revert back to their natural state when washed?

    • Yes.
