Appointment FAQs


How do I book an appointment?

  • You can book my services through our website -, on the top header click 'Book an Appointment' and you will be forwarded to my booking site or visit it directly. Select the service, preferred date, and time. Add your address, payment details and service preferences, and you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment information. I will travel to you.

How do I pay?

  • You can pay your service deposit by credit or debit card on our website when you are booking. All payments are made securely through either Square or Paypal, to your preference.

What if I’m having a hard time booking or have a question?

How can I tip?

  • You can add a tip via debit or credit card when paying the remaining balance. You may also pay the tip in cash after the service is complete.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

  • You may cancel your appointment online at any time free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based. No-Call/No-Shows will be charged the full price of the service and you will not be able to book future services - NO EXCEPTIONS.

What happens if I am running late?

  • In order to be respectful of everyone's time, I offer a 15-minute grace period for both you and I. If you are over 15 minutes late, you will be charged $15 late fee. If we are unable to perform your service because of time restrictions, your appointment automatically cancelled, you will lose your deposit and be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your service.

What about parking?

  • I will do my best to find a free parking spot. However, if there is no free parking option, the client is responsible for reimbursing the me directly.



How do I prepare for my service?

  • I will arrive at your place a 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to set-up. I will bring all tools and products to perform your service. However, I will need access to a power socket and a sink, if you are getting washed or a color service.
